Can someone help me. I cannot send videos. The message times out and they
stay put in the outbox. I have deleted account and re-created. Nothing.
Someone else said they did a complete re-install of Outlook 2007 and this did
not work either. My anti-virus is Trend Micro and I do not have the email
feature turned on. What is causing this to happen? I have Outlook 2007

video files are usually WAY to big to send in emails, how big are the ones
you are trying to send, make sure it is smaller than what your email service
allows.

I always check the size. They are between 3 and 6 mg...much smaller that
what AT&T allows.

You may not have it turned on, but did you install it? This may be enough
to disrupt the communications between Outlook and the mail server.

Try starting Outlook in safe mode (hold Ctrl while starting Outlook) to see
if that makes a difference.

I decided to call Trend Micro and after changing a few settings can now send
videos. So this was not an Outlook problem. Thanks for your responses !
