Cannot Send/Receive Manually in Outlook 2002

After an automatic Microsoft update last week, I have been unable to
Send/Receive manually when I click on that menu button. I am using Windows
XP Pro SP3, Office XP Pro 2002 SP3, and Norton Internet Security 2009.

To get around this, I changed my settings in Outlook to automatically send
on exit. I then exit Outlook, see that the messages are being sent, then
reopen Outlook.

I've never experienced this problem before and wondered if a technical
update has caused this. Has anyone else experienced this problem.

You could try resetting your Send/Receive settings by renaming your srs-file
to .old while Outlook is closed.
See http://www.msoutlook.info/question/164

Also, if your NIS 2009 integrates with Outlook, you might want to
disable/uninstall this integration and try again.

Appreciate quick reply. Since posting I discovered that 'Include this Group"
was unchecked. Don't recall having done this and feel totally stupid for
wasting your time. Apologies.
