After upgrading to a broadband connection recently, I'm
unable to send out Email attachments. But, I can send out
emails without any attachments. Doesn't make any sense to
me. Internet explorer works fine and no problems in
receiving emails & attachments. Only sending out with
attachments have problem. Also tried using another email
client, Eudora. Same problem as well. Why? Any Ideas?
Solutions?

I using Windows XP-Pro, Outlook Express.
