Can someone please help!

I get an error message like this and my message bounces back when trying to
send to anyone:
421 4.3.0 collect: Cannot write q5/df/dfl4TC7Lnh007284 (bfcommit, uid=0,
gid=25): Read-only file system

The system crashed last night, and opened in safe mode this morning.

Outlook works on this computer when I sign in as another user.

Your suggetsions would be greatly apprectiated!

That's an SMTP error from your ISP's mail server. When you sign in as the
other user, are you using the same email information (same mailbox, same
server)?

Either way, I'd strongly recommend contacting the ISP (the people who run
the server you put into the SMTP Server field) to find out if the problem
will go away or not.
