Cannot send meeting requests Outlook 2003

Having a huge problem with sending meeting requests in
Outlook 2003. All meeting requests are bounced back to the
initial sender. All other send/receive works fine. Here is
the email:
The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

"The persons name" on 08/04/2004 03:45 PM
This message could not be sent. Try sending
the message again later, or contact your network
administrator. The client operation failed. Error is
[0x80004005-0x80004005-0x000501].

PS. We could send it by using outlook 2002/2000
