This is the error message I receive....I've contacted my web mail provider
and they have tried everything to help me...I think the problem is on my
end?? Can someone help me?

The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(E-Mail Removed)'. Subject 'test',
Account: 'Wives Behind the Badge', Server: 'smtp.wivesbehindthebadge.org',
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '553 5.7.1 sorry, that domain isn't in my
list of allowed rcpthosts (chkuser)', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server
Error: 553, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

550 errors mean either you're attempting to use a sending (SMTP) server that
your ISP doesn't own and operate, or you have an authentication (name,
password, "My server requires authentication") setting that's incorrect:

You receive a SMTP relay blocks error message when you send e-mail messages
in Outlook

You receive a SMTP relay blocking error message when you try to send an
e-mail

When I send a message I get it returned with a message from System
Administrator:
"550 #5.1.0 Address rejected"
"553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts"
"Relaying prohibited"

How do I fix this?

That error message means that the SMTP server you were trying to use
is not on the same network as your connection provider.
As a general rule, the owner of the SMTP server must be the same as
the one providing your Internet connection at that moment.

The workaround is to change that outgoing server to the one supplied
by your ISP.
