cannot send mail with Outlook

I always get an error message when I try to send mail. For example Error
message 553 from McAfee Virus Scan telling me to check the online help for
the e-mail program. I can't find an answer. Any help greatly appreciated.

Disable the mail scanning feature of your antivirus program.
