suddenly my mails stopped going out from my outbox. as such I can recieve
mail in my inbox. when am trying to send test message am getting this error
report.

"None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported
by your server".

can you please help me sort out my problem.

Version of Outlook?
Type of mail account?

Do you have a virus scanner installed which integrates itself with Outlook?
Uninstall this integration part of your virus scanner and try again; you'd
still be sufficiently protected by your on-access scanner part of the virus
