I can recieve incoming emails but I cannot send any. Here's the error message
I keep getting

The connection to the server has failed. Subject 'SPSS', Account:
'pop.gmail.com', Server: 'smtp.gmail.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 200,
Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

is there anyway to fix it without having to install any "fix" thingies?

Your port number is wrong

Subject 'sdfx', Account: 'imap.gmail.com', Server: 'smtp.gmail.com',
Protocol: SMTP, Port: 465, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19

You changed the port number, but you didn't check the box for SSL...
