All functions of Outlook 2007 work except cannot send emails.
I removed all emails from outbox & when I hit send / receive it was showing
sending 4 of 9 emails although none in the out box?
Help.

I've got the same problem. Out of the blue, since last week, Outlook
(especially over a broadband VPN connection), Outlook 2007 refuses to send
out any emails and keeps choking. No problems receiving emails, and no
problems with any other applications over my VPN connection.

A system restore to a point from a month ago was no help.
