I cannot send emails when at home on my wireless network

's Computer Specifications

I have a laptop with Windows Vista and Outlook 2007.
When I am at work, I can connect to the network and send and receive with no
issues.
However, when I'm at home on my wireless network, I can send but not
receive. I receive Error 0X80042109. I have turned my windows firewall off,
but am still having no luck!
Can someone please help!!??

Are you sure you've got that the right way round? It's usually "can
receive but not send".
