Cannot send email in Outlook 2003 - unusual error.

I have a manager who everytime he's sending mail he gets this error.

This message could not be sent. Try sending the message again later,
or
contact your network administrator. Error is
[0x0004005-00000000-00000000].

After re-imaging the laptop everything worked for about 5 days... I
just got an email (via his web interface) that it once again is not
working.

I need to get this fixed for good. We're on an Exchange 2003 Server
and he's using Office 2003.

Any ideas?

Good Day,

Intial check shows this is related to Internet email not Exchange, is there
another account added on his Outlook to check an Internet account.

No there was initially another mail account in his profile, but then I
re-imaged the machine I left that account out. The only mail account
he has is his exchange mail thru Outlook.

Have you tried doing a new Outlook profile to see if you get the same error.
I do not have nor could I find a direct answer to this other than it be
assoicated with an Internet account. So I would try to reinstall Outlook and
add a new profile.
