n existing user received a new workstation with Windowx XP. Outlook
2000 was installed and configured for his email account. He can
receive his mail fine (internal and external); however, he is not able
to SEND any mail at all. He receives the following message: "The
operation could not be completed because of an error on the network.
Try to log on to the network again, and then repeat the operation."

Also, if trying to do the Import/Export function, I get the following
error: "Network problems are preventing connection to the Microsoft
Exchange Server computer. Contact your system administrator if this
condition persists."

Nothing has changed on the server, and only one user is having the
problem. If I try another user's account from this PC, it works fine.
Network setup seems to be fine.

I have deleted his mailbox and recreated it with no change. Any ideas
would be extremely helpful!
