Using Outlook 2000 on Win 2000 Pro.

Send/receive give errors saying it cannot connect to servers. I verified
with my ISP that settings and servers are correct.

I can send/receive via my ISP's web site, just not via Outlook. My wife also
cannot send/receive on this same computer using Outlook.

Did a virus scan today and no viruses reported (Norton AntiVirus)

Tried to do the Outlook repair, but it asked for the data1.msi file on the
Office Pro 2000 CD. I cannot locate my Office Pro 2000 CD (hey...it's been 7
years).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you scanned your PST for errors or have you checked its size?

Hi Kathleen,

Thanks for your reply. I tried scan both the outlook and archive pst files,
but that didn't help. A friend loaned me his Office 20000 Pro disc tha had
the data1.msi file on it that outlook needed to fix itself. Within 5 minutes
I was up and running again.
