Cannot select all the check boxes for the rules I made in one time

When using the Rules & Alerts in Outlook office 2007 as follows:

Tools
Rules & Alerts
Run Rules Now

I cannot select all the check boxes for the rules I made in one time. I have
to do it one by one which takes a lot of time. Could you please add a select
all check box to save time. Meanwhile is there any othe way to do the same by
using the key board?
