Try it yourself, its well documented by microsoft. Its a tool built into
windows explorer to aid document or spreadsheet recovery. I have a whole
department of PCs which have the feature available when i open a document and
try and use the tool.
This is not to be confused with microsoft office's 'detect and repair'.
