Cannot see my networked computers

Hi, Please help me solve this unusal problem. When I try
to browse through the network neibourhood, it hangs and
never opens, and if it opens also it shows only my
computer and noting. But I can go to different computer
folders through run command. Why is this so. Im running
WinXp and the Internet firewall is not enabled. Everything
works perfect except for this. Please help me..

Will somebody reply to this please....... Its urgent, isnt
there any one who knows a solution for this thing. Please
come out and answer my query..

in your kind of situation would be to go into run and
type in "\\******". Where ****** is, put the name of the
computer that you want to view in this spot. As a
substitute you can put in an IP address. This might only
work if the computer is in the same workgroup.

What OS's are your network pc's using?
