Cannot See MS FrontPage Format in Outlook

When I get Newsletter in Outlook that was done in FronPage, I can only see
the lines of text. No format or pics, etc. This has only changed recently. If
I Forward the email the "full" format can be seen and the recipient can see
it correctly also.
