My inbox says I have 12 new emails however, nothing is there. Just a grey
screen.

Hi Adriana,

your Outlook version is?

Did you try "/Cleanviews"?

have a look on this site :
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ou...031101033.aspx

Maybe it helps.

One of two thoughts...

1) The grey screen on the right says that it can't show the folder. In
which case, start Outlook with the /cleanviews command line switch.

2) You have a view set to hide unread messages. Since you didn't mention
what version of Outlook you are using, I was say take a peek under the View
menu option for "Arrange By" or "Current View"

Outlook Express is part of Internet Explorer, not Microsoft Office. The
Outlook Express experts are here:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/...&lang=en&cr=US

They are far more expert with Outlook Express. Good luck!

Office Outlook and Outlook Express are not the same thing. This group is
for the former. The group you want is
