cannot see icon for the file type

Hi,

I created a new file type (sql files) and associated it
with the editor "Textpad", using the Tools -> Folder
Options wizard of Windows 2000 Explorer. However, in the
right pane of of Explorer, I cannot see the icon of
Textpad on the left of the file name. I can see the
default windows icon. How do I change it ?
