Right idea, wrong version of Outlook. For Outlook 2007, 'Tools|Trust
Center|Automatic Download'; the setting of interest is "Don't download
pictures automatically in HTML messages or RSS items" which is checked by
default and should be unchecked to allow pictures. The advice about the
Secure Temp folder is valid and applies to Outlook 2007.
