In addition to Sonia's advice about checking on the fire wall, try
clearing out your Temporary Internet Files folder.

There are some other things you can try as well, but the above usually
does the trick.

Well, there are a few things to check, then. You're not getting any
error messages, right?

First make sure you've looked in the "Downloaded" category in your Clip
Organizer. That's where the online clips unpack to, and it's easy to
lose them there!

Also make sure you're downloading the MPF file type, as that's what Clip
Organizer will recognize and unpack. You might do a search on your
harddrive for *.MPF If you find any of those, double-click them, and
they should install clips into the Downloaded category of Clip
Organizer.

You might also want to update your MDAC. Sometimes that helps.

Also disable any popup stoppers you might have running, and see if
setting your security level lower in IE helps at all.

The clip organizer help files also have this information. Maybe worth
checking out how many clips you have in your collection:
Q: I added some clips, but they don't appear to be in Clip Organizer,
even though the progress meter indicated that they all were added
successfully.

A: You may have a total of more than 10,000 clips in a collection. You
can only view up to 10,000 clips per collection. You can narrow the
search to find the specific clips you are looking for. Or, organize the
collection into several smaller collections, so that you can always view
the clips you have added.

You could also try compacting the organizer store as described here:

Echo and Sonia I have tried your suggestions for my
powepoint issue:
1.Removed temporary internet files, that did not work.
2. I have checked with the firewalls that did not work.

Echo and Sonia I would be really thankful if you provide
me with the resolution for this ppt issue.
Otherwise I have to escalate this to my seniors.
