I am using the event management database which I am adding a registration
form too. I want to eventually post on a website. My current problem is
that when I preview the form, all I see is the header and footer. I am not
seeing the details inbetween. I get the same when I print.

Any help would be appreciated.

Check the DisplayWhen property of your detail section. It should be set
to "Always". You may it set to "Screen Only"
