Hi,

I've got a network with 5 users, all running Office 2003. The problem
is, one of my user cannot see an excel attachment, from one specific
sender. If the sender cc's to other users, they can view the
attachments, and double click on it.

If this user is sent an excel attachment from other users, he can view
it, and open it up, without any problem! Its only one Sender's excel
attachments!

Anyone with an idea how to get around this?

is the sender on your network and if not, what mail program does he use to
send the attachment?

The sender is not on our network.....though we don't knwo what
application he uses....

Does it sound the problem is from the sender? (does outlook 2003 have
restriction policies that could block the recipient to view the
attachment??)
