Cannot see any other computers on network

's Computer Specifications

Hey,
i have 4 computers networked on a hub. One is running
Win xp, and the othere 3 win 98se but it was working ok
for a month or to. then it spazzed and i cannot connect
see any computers in my network neibourhood.

Plz help
