cannot see any files in any folder

when i open my documents folder or my computer theres
nothing in there ive scanned my computer for viruses with
norton and theres no virus i really need help
also when i open some programs i get the login as
administrator or other user screen it never did it before
if anyone can help ill greatly appreciate it
