I recently added a DVD burner to XP SP2 computer. I can add files to
appendable DVD which are visible on the system where they are burned, but
cannot find them on another XP computer using windows explorer? (Tried both
DVD-R & DVD+R).
What would cause this?
Thanks, George M.

What third-party burning software are you using?

I know with Roxio 8, you can write to the CD/DVD which the contents of the
CD/DVD can be only viewed by the Computer that wrote to the CD\DVD as an
option.

Well maybe that is it. ? Using Roxio 7.0 Where is that option?
Also, on second computer (that will not read past first session) the DVD
reader is four years old - would that cause this problem?
Thanks, george

That option appears when you eject the disk after using Drag-to-Disc. Not
sure about your other problem. You might be better seeking assistance in the
Roxio forums.
