When trying to save a Workspace in Office 2007, we get an error message that
states:
This extension cannot be used with the selected file type.
This problem occurs on machines where Office 2007 was installed with an mst
where the default file save is in Excel 2003 mode.
On a separate machine which had the Office 2007 installed without the MST,
but later in the Excel Options the default save type was to Excel 2003 mode,
the save workspace works correctly.
In either case, a Workspace that was created by the second machine can be
opened, just not changes to the workspace can be saved by the first machine.
Does anyone have a solution or can the cause be explained?
