The permissions on your friend's PC are messed up. Click Start /
Help and look for help on "Permissions" and "Ownership" to see
how to fix things. And while you're at - fix your clock or your time
zone - you're posting in the future.

Recently My friend had to reinstall his windows xp with sp2.

After reinstalling he is facing a strange problem.

He has administrative as well as limited account..

He finds that when he is operating with limited account he cannot save the
file when he makes any changes in the file.

He also cannot move his file from one drive to another drive.

To carry out these, he has to switch between administrative and limited
account.

Is there any way to change settings so that he doesn't have to switch
between accounts?

Thanks
