Cannot save remote users

I'm logged in as an administrator and can get to the remote desktop setup,
but when I add users from the domain (or the local computer) I do not have an
okay or apply button at the bottom. Therefore I cannot save my settings and
cannot get access to the desktop.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks
