I was just wondering if anybody can help me. I regularly send the same email
and am trying to create a templete. I know this sound easy but when i go to
save its as "outlook templete" the only option their is document templete and
this doesnt work. Is their a Add-in or am i losing it. Im using outlook 2003.

What happens when u access outlook in safe mode ( start>run>outlook /safe)

OR

start>control panel>add/remove programs>Office>change>add/remove
features>advance options>expand outlook>check whether all features are
installed.

let us know the status.

I have tryed in the programs and all advanced features are installed.

I also tryed it in safe mode and still the same
