Hi, Someone forward a email to me as html with 2 word documents attached.
When I open the email and choose "save as" under "File", the type is "*.msg"
and "save in" to mapped network drive. The error pop up, "The filename
contains characters which are not supported in your current Windows codepage,
please change the name and try again."
I tried to save as a simple file name, likes 123.msg but still failed to save.
If I save as local harddisk, it is no problem.
Can anyone help? Thanks.

My client face with the same problem in "save as" email. The outlook version
is 2002 in SP3. I try to forward the mail to herself mail account, but it
cannot be solved.
In the mail, I found the View > Encoding. It show up "Chinese Simplified
(GB2312)" . I hope that is the hints to solved mail saveing problem.
