I get that too. Program being used is IE6. But only on my Win2k Pro, not the Server.

This is sometimes an issue at the server that holds the jpeg. You can try emptying your Temporary Internet Files right-click IE icon on desktop | Properties | Delete Files... | check emptying off line files | Apply | OK. Note this will remove all favicons you may have in your Favorites. If you do not want that to happen then do NOT check emptying offline files.

You haven't said, but I presume you're talking about saving
pictures from the Internet, using Internet Explorer.

Basically, you need to clean up your temporary Internet files.
