After having upgraded to Outlook 2007 I get the error message "cannot save
free/busy information outlook 2007" when I attempt to delete an item from my
"Calendar" in Outlook OR attempt a synchronization with it from my PDA.
Kathleen Orland (MVP Outlook) suggested: Open Outlook using the
/cleanfreebusy switch: Start > Run > outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy - but that
DID NOT WORK. I got the error message: "Cannot clean your local free/busy
information." I've also checked to make sure there's nothing in my Deleted
Items folder that could be "clogging" things. I have a feeling it has
something to do with my work computer being connected to an internal network
and having a Microsoft Exchange Server "account". That's the only difference
I can think of between my 2 computers and I don't have this issue at all with
my home computer.

If you upgraded to Outlook 2007, did you create a new profile? It's
recommended.

I'll give it a try, Kathleen, and let you know ... thanks for now ... Kevin

I just went through the whole process of creating the new profile and
re-setting my synchronization software to correspond to it and I'm still
getting the same error message when it tries to synch the Calendar ... or I
try to delete some of the calendar items myself.
