Cannot save calendar as webpage after getting an exchange server 2003 account

I recently got an exchange server 2003 account and have outlook 2003 to view
it. I run windows xp pro sp2. I also had a pda that synced with outlook
(although I never could get it to sync with the server correctly (calendar,
inbox, and contacts). I uninstalled active sync and have sold my pda now).
When I try to save my calendar as a webpage I get the following error:

"one or more items in the folder you synchronized do not match. to resolve
the conflict, open the items, and then try this operation again."

I emailed lan logic (my exchange server 2003 provider) and they said they
had never heard of the error and didn't know what to tell me except for me
to try to follow the error message's directions. I have no idea what the
message means. Do not match? Open the items? Which item/s? After I open it
what do I do with it? Delete it? How do I make it match? Match with what?
etc.... as you can see the error message leaves much to be desired as far as
actually trying to follow its directions. can someone please help me?
thanks.

Andrew
