Cannot Run Two Device Installations
You can install only one device at a a time.
ANother device installation is underway, when it is
finished you can try this wizard again.

Why do I get this message? It keeps my plug n' play from
functioning properly. I can't install printer, scanners,
mice, etc...

Device manager has no troubled devices in it.

I don't know what to do, please help

Have you tried connecting one device at a time?. Now, if your devices are
plug and play, where the wizard enters into the installation?
