For some reason i cannot run exe from cmd when i am
logged in via terminal services.. I can run the same
command when i am in person at the server..

Any ideas..

What happens when you try? Any error messages? Does this happen with
all executables? I.e. can you start notepad.exe from a command
prompt? Have you made sure that the path to the executable is in your
path environment? Is there any software restriction policy in place?

The path to the exe is correct, I am assuming?
Errors? Anything in the log? Does it appear in taskman?
