Cannot run a program after being installed with Run As

Hi All,

I am trying to install a dictionary on users computers. Some of these
computers have MS Win2000 and others have WinXP Pro. However, after the
user is logged in i use Run As to install the program with my
privileges. After the installation is finished and the computer is
restarted, users cannot run the program. Also, all program shortcuts
are only created on my profile on that computer. When i login using my
login details the program is launched normally with no errors.

I went to Program Files and changed the Permission of the program
folder to be fully accessed by the user but no success was met. The
error message we receive is "Divide by 0"
