My MSN Messenger6.1 shows "audio/video config cannot run now" when I try to use web cam.
But I can receive video signal from others.
And I don't meet this problem while I'm using messenger4.7
The system on my computer is XP pro without sp1, and it is a simplified_Chinese edition.

It's a PC camera which is made in China, and I guess that device works well because I can't any problem when I use windows messenger 4.7

i have the same problem i upgead to version 6.1 and now i have the problem
if you find the answer i would like to have it too
