Cannot reset margins

's Computer Specifications

For some reasons my margins are crazy, especially the top and bottom
margins which have disappeared. I went back to Default settings,
nothing changed. I tried resetting the margins through Page Setup,
and setting the Alignment option to Top, and nothing was fixed. How
can I make them go back to normal?

Sounds like you've turned off White Space Between Pages
(Tools->Options->View). Turn it back on.
