Hello,
I am trying to uninstall IE 6.0. First I need to remove the service Pack as
IE isn't even listed in the add/remove programs menu. However, I cannot
delete the service pack. I can see it but the remove program button is
greyed out and won't let me delete it. I just want to reboot my version of
6.0 because I am having problems loading web pages and getting all the proper
graphics and formatting.

thanks

IE 6 can't be uninstalled because it's part of the operating system. In
any case, reinstalling Internet Explorer rarely solves a problem because
it's rarely the cause.

Post back with more details about your issue, including a specific URL
that you cannot render correctly, and we will try to identify the real
cause behind your problem.
