i have imported the .pst files from a previous install of outlook 2007. after
importing i noticed my old rss feeds subscriptions. tried to remove them and
everything went well until i restarted outlook. it doesn't meter how often i
remove the feeds, the reappear after every restart of the application.
can i remove them permanently?

RSS feeds "roam" so that might be the problem.
You can try starting with a new profile, open the old PST (don't import it)
and copy all the data except the RSS feeds over.
