After a change from Outlook 2007 - Dutch to an english version of the
program, I have the following problem: 'When a reminder from an older action
(e-mail follow-ups, appoitments, taskreminders appears I cannot dismiss the
reminder. The program gives an errormessage. It says : cannot remove
reminder. It is possible that the reminder occures.'
Is there someone out there who can help me out of this trouble?

Try resetting your reminders;
Start-> Run; outlook.exe /cleanreminders

I've tied out your suggestion. Sottyfulll i constantated it isn't helpfull.
