I have purchased and attempted to register Trend Micro Internet Security
2004. The on-line registration does not have the proper amount of empty
fields for my registration number. I have contacted Trend Micro on several
occasions and I am getting no where. I have called numerous times with
promises and still I cannot register this product. PLEASE HELP !! Anyone
have any ideas how to get my product registered and get help from TREND
MICRO ??

THANKS !!

Mark

As a last resort you can put a stop-pay order on the credit card you paid with.

I use and like Trend. It's been a while since I've set it up but ISTR that
there was a key you entered in one field, clicked on "register" then they
emailed you a second key that you put in another field. The possibility exists
to put the first # in the wrong field, which would match your description.

but I could be wrong.
