When Blaster-a sturck I overwrote XP home and cleared my
registry. When I loaded all system setups I lost my PCI
host controller. In short I lost my entire PCI bridge.
It has effected my USB ports also.

I originally built this machine 3 years ago with windows
95. Updated to win98, 98se, then XP home. The MoBo
drivers were written for win 95 and will not update
through install in XP. It gives error of XP does not
recognize drivers. After searching the knoledge base I
have found that win95 drivers will not load or update
through XP. Anyone know how to shadow the drivers in so
they will update?

I do not want to re-write the entire system to get this
fixed. If I have to do that I'm just going to build a new
one.

System specs.
Alton A641A MoBo
(drivers loaded for IDE controller, sound[onboard], and
networking plug. The AGP bios are working correctly)
