i cannot recieve mail from one of my accounts

i have 4 e mail accounts in IE.
it was working fine until yesterday.
now threr is one of the accounts not recieving mail.
i have tried sendind mail form my other accounts but i did not recieve.
when i send mail it will recieve a read reply
this atarted yesterday when i eas sending a lot of e mails with photos about
19.
it took a long time for themto send in fact i had to exit a few times for
them to send
