Cannot Receive

In Outlook 2003, small messages come through just fine, but anything with any
size to it will not come through. I believe there is something in the
settings as a friend of mine runs Outlook Express on a dial-up connection and
can send/receive much larger messages. If I run into anything even .02 MB in
size, it will not come into outlook and I am running a satellite connection.
