Cannot receive or send e-mails in Outlook 2003 or OE 6

      20th Mar 2009
Both have the same problem. For no reason that I can tell[no new
programs,etc added} Both programs no longer 'do'email. Have verified
settings with ISP. reinstalled 2003-twice! Turned firewall off Rebooted
several times --Still neither program will send or receive. Error:0x80042109
in outlook; Error 0x800CCC0E in OE6

Then clearly the problem is not Outlook. You need to speak with someone more
knowledgeable at your ISP.

Tried 2--problem persists
Most solutions are "above my pay grade"
somehow I cannot register RegCure to get at the problem.

Then your ISP support staff is less than competent. Can you consider a
different ISP?
