My brother's Outlook is not allowing him to see new messages in the In-Box.
I am trying to help him configure it to allow e-mail, I sent him one, and it
is not showing up. I went to look for Properties under File to see what his
actual e-mail address is, and I cannot find it.

Help!!!!
