Correlation, unfortunately, does not prove causation. Coincidences happen
far more often then we like to think.
That said, try having the multilinkon.com email sent to hotmail or gmail to
ensure that any delivery works. Once you're sure it's working to one email
provider but not another, contact their support and try to determine what is
happening. I'm assuming your service with them isn't free, so I'd wager
they have some support options for you to take advantage of. If I was on
their end, what I would do is see what happens with regular email, see if
any bounces are happening when sending to Covad, see if the messages are
sticking in the queue for some reason.
As Covad says, you are getting other messages, so it isn't necessarily their
fault, however, I wouldn't be so quick to say it is definitely not their
fault. You know how long it regularly takes for a voicemail to reach their
system, so find out if they are willing to watch for inbound connections
from multilinkon.com (if you have any of the older messages, you may need to
send them the smtp headers so they can see exactly where the messages are
coming from) and then send yourself a voicemail.
